Shipping Policy
We only deliver in our home, Singapore, currently. All your gifts will be delivered by our trusted door-step courier on the date you have selected provided that you have picked the right shipping option at check-out. Our prices are not marked up per item to include courier fees!

Complimentary Courier/Type 1
- Free for orders above $120, $8 otherwise
- Deliver On Your Preferred Date, min 2 days (Non-Sunday/PH, Delivery is from 9am to 6.30pm for residence, 9am to 5pm for office, no specific time)
- e.g. Order on Mon, Earliest Delivery on Wed

- $20
- Deliver Next Day/Sunday/Public Holiday/Specific 3-hour Timeslot (excludes Same-Day)

- $25
- Deliver Same Day (Non-guaranteed, do WhatsApp us first to check availability)
Shipping T&Cs
1. We follow the shipping option you have selected at check-out. Do select the correct shipping option corresponding to your preferred delivery date/time. E.g. Need delivery tomorrow - Pick Next Day Courier $20.
2. If no one is at the home/office address to receive, not to worry, courier will place the gift in the riser/hang on the door/ leave on shoe rack/pass to reception, where reasonably possible, and text the recipient to inform them. We will also update you.
3. We strive to do our best for you and we hope you can help to ensure a smooth delivery process by providing the right delivery details, recipient's phone number, and special delivery instructions if any. A re-delivery charge of $10/trip will be imposed for failed deliveries not limiting to those stated below, and re-delivery will only be scheduled on the next 1-3 working days.
- Missing address details (e.g. unit number) and no recipient phone number was given/recipient was uncontactable that leads to failed delivery
- Missing/wrong instructions or address or recipient phone number from customer that leads to failed/wrong delivery
- Waiting time of more than 10 minutes due to circumstances not within our control and due to customer/recipient/address issues
- Address on renovation and no or wrong recipient phone number was given/recipient was uncontactable, and not possible to leave the gift there safely with no prior instructions given
4. The promised delivery timings in the courier options above are our normal promised timings but are subjected to emergency/unusual situations that are not within our control (e.g. accidents, issues with delivery address given by customer). No compensation will be provided for "late" deliveries that are due to customer's responsibilities.
